The butchery wouldn’t run without ben, he is the brains behind the running and supplying of the butchery with the help and support of his parents, who all have a passion for supporting local and British Farmers and businesses.
Ben not only butchers and runs the shop side of things he also works on farm the first part of the week. Ensuring we supply you with only the best and our animals are treated with the highest welfare.
Ryan has been with us for 4 years. Originally trained and worked as a chef for local pubs and restaurants, during covid he came on board to learn the ins and out of butchery. And he’s never left.
You’ll see Ryan in our shop and he’s your go to guy on how to cook the meats you’ve selected. Ryan also runs his own private chef business alongside.
Charlie is our newest member of the team.
