The butchery wouldn’t run without ben, he is the brains behind the running and supplying of the butchery with the help and support of his parents, who all have a passion for supporting local and British Farmers and businesses.
Ben not only butchers and runs the shop side of things he also works on farm the first part of the week. Ensuring we supply you with only the best and our animals are treated with the highest welfare.
Charlie has been a key part of our team for the past three years and is our main butcher. Highly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, he knows the best cuts for every occasion and is always happy to offer expert advice to help customers get exactly what they need.
A trusted and valued member of the team, Charlie confidently runs the butchery whenever Ben is away, ensuring the same high standards are always met.
Martin and Mary have been owners and farmers since 1996, building the farm into what it is today with a strong focus on animal welfare and quality.
Their passion for farming and producing top-quality food has guided the growth of the business over the years. They are proud of how far the farm has come and look forward to what the future brings.
